Himalayan Group of Professional Institutions is seeking a dedicated and organized Transport Coordinator to manage and oversee transportation operations for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor daily transportation activities.
• Manage bus routes, schedules, and vehicle deployment.
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of students and staff.
• Coordinate with drivers, transport vendors, and administrative departments.
• Maintain records related to vehicle permits, insurance, fitness certificates, and other compliance requirements.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance and service schedules.
• Address transport-related concerns and ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate transportation records.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in transport management, logistics, fleet operations, or a similar role will be preferred.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of route planning and vehicle management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and record-keeping practices.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
