Hiring: Travel Consultant
Location: Manali
Job Type: Full-time

Your Responsibilities
* Assist travelers in planning and booking customized holidays.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel experiences.
* Handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
* Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel plans.
* Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, activity operators, and local partners.
* Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
* Maintain strong customer relationships before, during, and after the trip.
* Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure exceptional service.
* Stay updated on destinations, travel trends, and local experiences around Manali and Himachal Pradesh.
* Maintain accurate booking records and CRM updates.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
* Passion for travel and tourism.
* Ability to understand customer needs and provide personalized recommendations.
* Good organizational and multitasking skills.
* Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools.
* Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Graduate in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
* Previous experience in travel sales, holiday planning, customer service, or tourism operations is preferred.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for travel are also encouraged to apply.
