Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in Bengaluru. The Travel Consultant will assist customers in selecting suitable tour packages, create customized itineraries, and manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and local transfers. The role involves handling inquiries, providing destination guidance, offering pricing and package options, and ensuring accurate reservations in line with customer preferences and budget. The Travel Consultant will coordinate with internal teams and external vendors, maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and promotions, and support customers before, during, and after their trips to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to guide customers and oversee complete trip planning.
• Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Reservations to organize bookings, itineraries, and related documentation.
• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Candidates should ideally have familiarity with global destinations, tour packaging, and basic knowledge of travel regulations and visa requirements.
• Candidates should have effective communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with travel booking platforms and office software.
• A diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field, along with prior experience in a travel agency or tour operations, would be beneficial.
