Job Description
Job Title: TK - PD Merchandiser
Job Location: Head Office - Faridabad
Experience: 8 – 10 Years
Education Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Production, Furniture Design, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in Production Planning, Quality Management, or Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning & Monitoring:
- Arrange product details and create SKU & PO creation
- Order Placement to Supply Chain/ DP Vendor for confirmed orders
- Direct coordination, with vendors for costing & technical closures as per project.
- Track production progress day to day and resolve bottlenecks to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Manage and co-ordinate all pre-production approvals (swatches, CAD’s, renderings, fabric etc. from vendors to project head.)
- Monitor production T&A (Time & Action) calendars and maintain regular follow-ups with vendors.
- Oversee production on floor.
- Ensure product specifications, quality requirements, and customer expectations are met.
- Managing fabric movement between vendors.
Supply Chain & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordination with PH, SCM, Quality, and other internal stakeholders for smooth order execution.
- Ensure seamless communication across teams to meet business objectives.
- Coordination with 3rd party quality (for big orders)
Logistics:
- Direct coordination with the warehouse and vendor for dispatch and delivery arrangements.
- Arrange and Validate relevant documents related to billing & GRN.
- Track logistics activities and resolve delivery-related issues.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain production trackers and vendor performance reports.
- Prepare & Submit Project Products image for approval, presentations for client review.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience of 8-10 years into Merchandising, Sampling and Product Development
