UI/UX Designer

About the role

Cars24 is one of India's largest automotive marketplaces, and design sits at the center of how millions of people buy, sell, and manage their cars. We're hiring UI/UX Designers who don't just push pixels- they shape product experiences with taste, systems thinking, and an AI-native workflow.

What will you drive ?

• Design end-to-end product experiences across our buy, sell, and Garage (vehicle management) funnels — from discovery flows to high-conversion checkout journeys
• Consume, contribute to, and evolve our design system: components, tokens, patterns, and documentation that scale across web and app
• Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate ambiguous problems into crisp, testable design solutions
• Prototype at fidelity-you're comfortable taking ideas into Framer to test and communicate interactions
• Use AI as a design partner: accelerate exploration, generate variants, automate the repetitive, and build workflows that make the whole team faster
• Ship for real users at scale, including Tier 2–3 India-you understand that great UX here means clarity, trust, and performance, not just polish

Who are we looking for?

• 3+ years of product design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates strong visual taste and rigorous UX thinking
• Deep fluency in Figma is a must -variables, component architecture, and design-system workflows: you know how to consume a system with discipline and contribute to it with judgment
• Framer basics are expected — you can build a working prototype or simple page to communicate your ideas
• Hands-on GenAI fluency: you actively work with Claude, GPT, Codex, image/video generation tools, and you experiment constantly with what's new.
• Clear communication and the ability to defend design decisions with reasoning, not just preference.
