On behalf of our clients , we are seeking highly skilled Chartered Accountants (CAs) with additional qualifications (MBA from IIMs only OR CFA) to lead and execute high-impact Corporate Finance & Strategy initiatives. Based in Chhattisgarh, this role demands strategic thinkers who can drive financial planning, capital structuring, and long-term value creation. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

• Lead capital budgeting, fundraising (debt/equity), and M&A activities including due diligence, valuation, and term sheet negotiation.
• Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
• Drive cost of capital optimization and advise on capital structure.

• Manage liquidity, working capital, and forex exposure.
• Implement hedging strategies and corporate insurance frameworks.

• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis for the Board.
• Build complex financial models for new projects, JVs, and expansions.

• Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, Companies Act, and IFRS/Ind AS.
• Drive internal financial controls and support statutory/Internal audits.

• Partner with business heads to evaluate ROI on new investments.
• Conduct industry benchmarking, competitor analysis, and strategic reviews.

✅ Must-Have:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
• Additional Qualification (any one):
• MBA from IIMs only (Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Lucknow, Indore, Kozhikode, Shillong, Rohtak, Ranchi, Nagpur, Bodh Gaya, Visakhapatnam, Jammu, Amritsar, Sambalpur, Sirmaur, Tiruchirappalli)
• CFA (CFA Institute, USA)
• Experience: 5 to 10 years in Corporate Finance, Strategy, Investment Banking, or Treasury (post-qualification).
• Location: Willing to relocate to Chhattisgarh (Relocation benefit provided).

✅ Preferred:

• Experience in core industries (Metals, Power, Cement, Infrastructure, Manufacturing).
• Proven track record in raising >₹100 Cr+ debt/equity.

✅ Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) – must interact with Board, Banks, and Investors.
• High proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and PPT for CXO-level presentations.
