About the Role

VLink Inc. is looking for a passionate and result-oriented US IT Recruiter with a strong foundation in US staffing and a proven ability to deliver quality talent. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and a stable employment background demonstrating commitment and consistency.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT positions.
  • Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Jovdiva referrals, and networking channels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and deliver high-quality talent within defined timelines.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate technical skills, communication, work authorization, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate interviews, manage offer discussions, and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Stay updated with US staffing trends, hiring practices, and work authorization categories.


Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–4 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
  • Strong understanding of the complete US recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
  • Candidate should have expertise with USA Tax terms.
  • Candidate should have excellent working experience with USA Visa's
  • Proficiency in using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, indeed, CareerBuilder, and ATS tools.
  • Strong Boolean search and talent mapping skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize hiring requirements, and consistently meet recruitment targets.
  • Stable career background with demonstrated commitment and professional growth is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
