Job Description
- Lead the Retail Banking portfolio within the Global Capability Center (GCC), driving strategic transformation, operational excellence, and innovation across digital channels, lending, deposits, and customer engagement platforms.
- Role requires strong leadership, governance, and domain expertise to align offshore delivery with global banking priorities.
- 20 Plus years of experience in Retail Banking technology/operations, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles within GCCs.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale transformation programs, vendor governance, and offshore delivery models.
- Experience in digital banking transformation, customer personalization, and advanced analytics.
