About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our management consulting organization. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex business concepts into engaging visual content that supports client presentations, marketing initiatives, internal communications, and thought leadership materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for client presentations, case studies, corporate communications, and digital platforms
• Collaborate with consultants, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling visual narratives
• Incorporate graphics, animations, voiceovers, and music to enhance video content
• Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and messaging across all video assets
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in video editing and storytelling
• Handle basic color correction, sound editing, and post-production enhancements
• Maintain organized video libraries and project files

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of professional experience in video editing or a related role
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition
• Experience working with corporate or business-related content is preferred
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines
• Good communication skills and ability to incorporate feedback effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a consulting, corporate, or B2B environment
• Familiarity with data visualization and presentation-driven video content
• Ability to handle end-to-end video production processes
