Video Editor & Designer

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Degree/certification in Visual Communication, Multimedia, Film Making, Mass Communication, or related field is an advantage.

We are looking for a creative and passionate Visual Media Creator with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in video shooting, video editing, and AI-assisted content creation. The ideal candidate should independently plan and execute video shoots while creating engaging visual content for digital marketing, branding, social media, and product promotions.

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, product launches, branding, events, and social media.

• Handle indoor and outdoor shoots with proper framing, lighting, camera angles, and audio.

• Operate DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, tripods, microphones, and lighting equipment.

• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

• Create reels, product demos, promotional videos, explainers, testimonials, and corporate videos.

• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, music, sound effects, color correction, and audio enhancement.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop creative concepts.

• Optimize videos for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and mobile platforms.

• Maintain organized media assets and deliver projects on time.

• 2–3 years of experience in video shooting and editing.

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.

• Strong understanding of lighting, framing, composition, storytelling, and audio recording.

• Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with AI-powered creative tools is preferred.

AI Video: Google Flow (Veo), Runway, Kling AI, Pika, Luma AI, Adobe Firefly Video.

AI Image & Design: Freepik AI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT Image Generation, Flux.

AI Productivity: ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude, Perplexity.

Experience using AI tools for video generation, image generation, script creation, storyboarding, voiceovers, and content production is an added advantage.
