Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Indore. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into engaging video content for marketing campaigns, client presentations, and internal communications. Daily tasks include organizing and managing video assets, selecting and sequencing clips, adding transitions, audio, and visual effects, and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and client objectives. The role involves collaborating closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand briefs, propose visual concepts, and refine edits based on feedback. The Video Editor will also help maintain consistency in visual style across projects, optimize videos for different platforms, and support the team with basic motion graphics or graphic elements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, including working with various formats, codecs, and platforms.
  • Proficiency in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and maintain a consistent look and feel.
  • Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create simple animations, titles, and visual elements.
  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
  • Basic knowledge of audio editing, sound design, and music synchronization for video content.
  • Ability to interpret creative briefs, follow brand guidelines, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, storytelling ability, and visual composition skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Film, Media, Communication, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or agency environments is an advantage.
