Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor at winscale. The Video Editor will assemble raw footage into polished videos, including cutting clips, arranging sequences, and refining audio and visual elements. Responsibilities include implementing color grading, adding motion graphics and basic graphics, and ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables. The role involves collaborating with creative and marketing teams, interpreting briefs, managing project timelines, and preparing final files optimized for various platforms. The Video Editor will also maintain organized project files and suggest creative improvements to enhance viewer engagement.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing for short-form and long-form content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency and high-quality aesthetics.
• Candidates should possess skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, overlays, and visual enhancements.
• Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard editing and motion tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, ability to follow brand guidelines, and strong time management skills.
• Candidates should have good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience creating content for social media, marketing campaigns, or digital platforms is beneficial.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant video editing work is required; formal education in film, media, or a related field is a plus.
