Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Video Production Coordinator at Wrig Productions. The coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day tasks related to video production, including production planning, management, and project management. The role is primarily located in Mumbai/Pune but allows for some remote work.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand video project requirements and objectives.
• Assist in the development of video concepts, scripts, and storyboards.
• Coordinate video shoots, including scheduling, location scouting, and equipment setup.
• Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, such as videographers, editors, and talent.
• Manage video production budgets, expenses, and invoices.
• Oversee post-production processes, including editing, sound mixing, and color grading.
• Ensure that video projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Maintain organized video project files and assets for future reference.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in video production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in video production or a similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of lighting, camera operation, and audio equipment.
• Familiarity with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
• A passion for storytelling and creativity.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 25,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month

Experience: Video Production Co-ordinator: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid (Mumbai/Pune)
