Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer, and troubleshoot enterprise-scale VMware Horizon, Omnissa Horizon, Workspace ONE Access, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure environments.
• Lead implementation, migration, upgrade, and operational support for large-scale VDI platforms across VMware, Microsoft, hybrid cloud, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues across VMware vSphere, ESXi, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, storage, DNS, virtualization, and cloud platforms.
• Prepare High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), implementation documentation, migration plans, and architecture recommendations based on customer requirements.
• Collaborate with enterprise customers, OEM partners, and cross-functional teams while mentoring engineers, supporting critical escalations, and driving technical best practices.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure with at least 4+ years specializing in VMware Horizon, Omnissa Horizon, EUC, or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying, implementing, and supporting enterprise VMware Horizon environments beyond day-to-day production support.
• Strong expertise in VMware vSphere, ESXi, Workspace ONE Access, Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, hybrid cloud, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Excellent customer communication, solution design, documentation, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.
• VMware, Omnissa, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or related infrastructure certifications are highly preferred.

Hiring Process

Round 1 is a Flexiple screening conversation focused on VMware Horizon expertise, enterprise deployment experience, technical troubleshooting, communication skills, compensation expectations, and work-location fit.

Round 2 is a Flexiple profile review to validate architecture experience, implementation depth, certifications, customer-facing exposure, and overall role alignment before client submission.

Client rounds include HR screening, technical interviews, architecture discussions, and leadership conversations focused on enterprise infrastructure design, implementation experience, customer communication, and solution ownership.
