Volunteering Engagement & Employee Relations Manager


About the Role

Open Links Foundation (OLF) is looking for a passionate and people-centric professional to lead volunteer engagement initiatives with corporate donor partners and drive employee engagement across the organization. This role will be responsible for creating meaningful volunteering experiences for corporate employees and ensuring a positive, engaging, and values-driven workplace culture for OLF team members.

Experience: 3–5 Years


Key Responsibilities

Corporate Volunteering & Donor Engagement

  • Plan and execute volunteering initiatives involving corporate partners, employees, teachers, and students.
  • Coordinate volunteer activities such as mentoring sessions, career guidance workshops, reading programs, and special events.
  • Act as the primary liaison between donor organizations, volunteers, schools, and internal teams.
  • Manage volunteer onboarding, communication, participation tracking, and feedback.
  • Prepare volunteering impact reports and success stories for donor partners.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives aligned with OLF's culture and values.
  • Manage employee feedback mechanisms, including MFS, ECS/ESC, pulse surveys, and action planning.
  • Organize internal events, celebrations, recognition programs, and team-building activities.
  • Support employee relations by addressing concerns, facilitating communication, and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen employee experience and organizational culture.

Culture & Recognition

  • Drive employee recognition and appreciation initiatives.
  • Plan and execute annual and quarterly engagement events.
  • Promote collaboration, inclusivity, and employee well-being across teams.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Social Work, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, CSR, Volunteer Management, NGO Partnerships, or related areas.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and event coordination is preferred.


Skills Required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Event planning and project management skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
  • High level of empathy, ownership, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and survey tools.
