Warehouse Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Warehouse Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, dispatch planning, warehouse team supervision, and process optimization. The role requires ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient warehouse workflows, timely order dispatches, and adherence to operational and safety standards while supporting business growth and customer satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and warehouse management software
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to analyze warehouse performance and implement process improvements

• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations and inventory management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong experience in inventory control, stock reconciliation, and warehouse planning
• Proven experience in managing order processing, packing, dispatch, and logistics coordination
• Ability to lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and operational efficiency
• Experience in maintaining warehouse KPIs, stock reports, and operational records
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and best practices
• Experience in D2C and e-commerce warehouse operations is mandatory
• Experience in the beauty, personal care, skincare, or hair care industry will be an added advantage
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring timely deliveries and inventory accuracy
