Role Description This full-time Warehouse Team Member role is an on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments, as well as packing and preparing orders for dispatch according to company standards. Team members will handle materials using equipment such as pallet jacks and, where applicable, forklifts, while maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation. Daily responsibilities include keeping the warehouse clean and safe, following established procedures, and collaborating with colleagues and supervisors to meet productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Shipping & Receiving to manage incoming and outgoing goods accurately and efficiently.
• Candidates should possess skills in Packing to prepare, label, and secure orders for shipment according to guidelines.
• Candidates should possess skills in Unloading to safely handle and move materials from delivery vehicles to designated storage areas.
• Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack use to move, stack, and organize inventory within the warehouse.
• Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required and stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage; relevant equipment certifications are beneficial.
