Role Description As a Wealth Manager at Provitt Consultants, you will work full time on-site in Delhi, OH, partnering with clients to understand their financial goals and build personalized financial plans. You will assess client risk profiles, recommend suitable investment products, and manage portfolios across asset classes such as mutual funds, equities, and insurance solutions. On a day-to-day basis, you will meet with clients, review and adjust strategies based on market conditions and life events, and prepare clear reports and presentations on portfolio performance. You will conduct market and product research, perform technical and fundamental analysis, and collaborate with the internal team to ensure need-based, goal-oriented recommendations. The role also includes maintaining regulatory compliance, documenting all advice and transactions accurately, and fostering long-term client relationships built on trust, transparency, and consistent follow-up.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Financial Planning and Finance, including goal-based planning, budgeting, cash-flow analysis, and retirement and tax-efficient strategies.
  • Hands-on experience in Investment Management and Investments, including asset allocation, portfolio construction, monitoring, and performance reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Insurance products and their role in risk management and comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, or equivalent) are preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools, spreadsheets, and portfolio management or CRM software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to clients with diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven ability to build long-term client relationships with a high level of integrity, ethical conduct, and client-first mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work independently and as part of a professional team on-site.

Wealth Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Wealth Manager at Provitt Consultants. As a Wealth Manager, you

will be responsible for providing personalized financial planning services for clients, including retirement

planning, investment management, and wealth preservation. You will collaborate with investment

experts, financial planners, and tax experts to develop unique financial plans tailored to each client's

needs and goals.

Required Candidate Profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain long-term

relationships with clients.

• Detailed understanding and knowledge of the Mutual Fund Industry, Capital Market, and its

growth and profitability drivers.

• Create and enforce financial goal plans that will help meet the needs of clients.

• Must be self-motivated, flexible and able to manage several jobs at one time.

• Willingness to dwell in a boutique Financial Solutions Company.

• Should have a laptop.

• CWM certification is an added advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Existing Client Relationship Management

• Managing existing client's investment portfolios.

• Reviewing portfolios and making changes when required.

• Driving new business from our existing clients for various financial services — financial and

technical analysis of various financial options available like Mutual Funds, Stocks, Loans,

Insurance (Only General and Term Insurances), Estate Planning, Taxation Planning.

• Goal-based planning and mapping of investments.

2. New Client Relationship Management

• Responsible for financial planning, and financial analysis of new clients and for acquiring new

clients from the following channels:◦ Conducting Financial Awareness Programs.

◦ Referential leads from existing clients.

◦ Social media leads.

◦ Leads generated by the internal acquisition team of the company.

◦ Leads generated from other sources.

Additional Information: Responsible for meeting both new and existing clients either physically or

virtually (as required) on a periodic basis for portfolio discussions, discussions about the markets, and

advising on products offered by the company — as well as introducing additional products that suit the

requirements of the client.

• Meeting the clients and doing the initial screening of the client's portfolio.

• Introducing various financial instruments to clients depending upon their needs.

• Managing various MIS.

• Onboarding prospects from the candidate's existing network.

• Utilizing corporate networks to hold Financial Awareness Programs.

• Presenting achievements through performance reviews.
