Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Web Developer role based in Gurgaon. The Web Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications, working across front-end and back-end components to deliver responsive, secure, and scalable solutions. Responsibilities include translating business requirements into technical specifications, writing clean and efficient code, integrating APIs and third-party services, and optimizing applications for performance and usability. The role also involves collaborating with designers, project managers, and other developers, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting issues, and implementing best practices in testing and documentation. The Web Developer will be expected to stay updated on emerging web technologies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong front-end development skills, including experience with Web Development and Web Design, and proficiency in modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Solid back-end web development capabilities, including Programming skills and experience building and maintaining server-side logic, databases, and APIs.
• Demonstrated ability to work across the full web stack, integrating front-end and back-end components into cohesive, user-centric applications.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), debugging tools, and standard software development workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Familiarity with security best practices, performance optimization, and responsive design principles is highly beneficial.
