Finspectors.ai is building an AI-native audit platform that helps audit firms automate planning, risk assessment, workpapers, testing, and review workflows.

We're looking for a Webflow & Website Optimization Intern who can help us continuously improve our website from both a user experience and growth perspective. You'll work directly with the founders to build new pages, optimize existing ones, improve SEO, and ensure the website performs at its best.

• Build and maintain pages using Webflow.
• Ensure the website is fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Optimize website performance, page speed, and user experience.
• Manage and update Webflow CMS content, including blogs and landing pages.
• Implement SEO best practices, including meta titles, descriptions, alt text, internal linking, and structured page hierarchy.
• Monitor and improve website health using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
• Track website performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic and conversions.
• Create and optimize landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with the product and marketing teams to keep the website up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve the overall website experience and implement them proactively.

• 0-2 years of experience (internships, freelance work, or personal projects are welcome).
• Strong proficiency in Webflow.
• Good understanding of responsive web design and UI/UX principles.
• Familiarity with Webflow CMS and component-based page building.
• Basic understanding of Technical SEO and on-page SEO.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating polished user experiences.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of website improvements.

• Experience with Figma.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
• Experience improving Core Web Vitals or website performance.
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and workflow automation.

• Work directly with the founders of a fast-growing AI startup.
• Own and improve a live B2B SaaS website used by customers worldwide.
• Gain hands-on experience in Webflow development, SEO, analytics, and website optimization.
• Learn how high-converting SaaS websites are built and continuously improved.
• Build a portfolio of real-world work with measurable business impact.
