Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Website & Shopify Developer role based in Kottayam. The developer will build, customize, and maintain websites and Shopify stores that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Daily responsibilities include developing responsive front-end interfaces, integrating back-end functionality, and ensuring smooth user experiences across devices and browsers. The role involves collaborating with designers, marketers, and content teams to implement landing pages, product pages, and conversion-focused features, as well as optimizing site performance and troubleshooting technical issues. The developer will also be responsible for implementing SEO-friendly structures, managing app integrations on Shopify, and supporting ongoing improvements based on analytics and user feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong Web Development skills, including experience building and maintaining modern websites and e-commerce platforms.
• Proficiency in Front-End Development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
• Experience with Back-End Web Development and Programming, using relevant languages, frameworks, and databases.
• Solid Web Design capabilities, with an understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to translate brand guidelines into clean, user-friendly layouts.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, including theme customization, Liquid templating, app integrations, and basic SEO implementation.
• Familiarity with performance optimization, cross-browser compatibility, and web security best practices.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous agency or e-commerce experience is an advantage.
