Job Title: Wedding Planner (Event Coordinator)

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, organised Wedding Planner to design, coordinate, and execute memorable wedding experiences. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end planning, ensuring seamless execution while delivering exceptional client satisfaction.

You'll be deeply involved with clients, vendors, and venues, ensuring no detail is missed and every event runs like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget
• Plan and design wedding concepts, themes, and experiences
• Identify and coordinate with vendors (venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, etc.)
• Create detailed timelines, checklists, and event schedules
• Manage budgets and ensure cost optimization
• Handle guest management, RSVPs, and logistics
• Oversee on-ground execution of all wedding functions
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth event flow
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors
• Ensure high standards of hospitality and guest experience
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in wedding planning or event management
• Prior experience managing multiple vendors and large-scale events
• Deep understanding of Indian wedding traditions, timelines, and touchpoints
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to create structure in unstructured, high-stress environments and manage tight timelines.
• Ability to travel frequently for weddings and be present on-site during key days
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM), and event planning software (preferable)
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
