Pre-requisites

• 3+ years in Advertising / Creative / Digital Content
• This is a full-time, in-office role at PVOT Designs. We are not considering remote, hybrid, or freelance applicants.
• Immediate Joinee preferred

🚀 What You’ll Do (aka your daily playground)

• Transform scripts, briefs & barely-there ideas into scroll-stopping visual experiences.
• Build motion graphics and animations that feel alive — bold typography, seamless transitions, kinetic micro-movements, you name it.
• Edit high-quality video content for ads, brand films, social campaigns, product launches & digital experiences.
• Collaborate with our creative strategists, designers & copywriters to push every project far beyond the ordinary.
• Experiment with AI-powered tools to amp up production speed & creative output.
• Maintain brand aesthetics while still breaking the rules creatively (yes, both can coexist).
• Stay on top of trends: transitions the internet is obsessed with, niche editing techniques, storytelling formats, platform-specific magic.

• Adobe After Effects (expert-level)
• Adobe Premiere Pro (expert-level)
• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
• Cinema 4D / Blender
• AI-Powered Creative Tools

• You’ve spent 3+ years making content for ad agencies, digital studios, production houses or creative teams.
• You understand pacing, rhythm, beat-matching and the emotion behind movement.
• You’re addicted to experimenting — transitions, camera moves, animation styles, plug-ins, VFX tricks.
• You know what performs on social and what belongs in film.
• Your portfolio makes people go: “Wait… how did they even do that?”
• Deadlines don’t scare you — mediocre work does.

• Projects where you mixed motion graphics + live action like a pro
• High-energy edits that show strong command of timing + storytelling
• Brand films with polished, premium finishing
• Trending Reels-style high-velocity edits
• Title sequence or kinetic typography projects
• AI-driven experimentation
