Must Have:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Virtual Machines, VNETs, Storage, Load Balancers, and VPN Gateway.
• Expertise in Windows Server Administration.
• Experience with Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), AD Connect, and Hybrid Identity.
• Knowledge of Azure Backup, Site Recovery, and Disaster Recovery.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, and Firewalls.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools.

Good to Have:

• Azure Landing Zone implementation.
• Azure Security Center / Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
• Infrastructure as Code (ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform).
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Microsoft 365 Administration.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500)
• ITIL Foundation

Essential:

• Manage and administer Microsoft Azure cloud environments.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, and Azure AD.
• Monitor Azure resources and ensure platform availability and performance.
• Manage Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration and troubleshooting.
• Administer Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra ID), Group Policies, and DNS.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions using Azure Backup and Site Recovery.
• Configure and maintain Azure security controls, RBAC, NSGs, and conditional access policies.
• Perform patch management, system upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Support hybrid cloud environments and Azure migration projects.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Automation Runbooks.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and change activities through ITSM tools.

Minimum Qualification

• 15 years of full-time education
• Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
