Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and Workday Certified Consultant with strong expertise in Workday HCM modules, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Tracking, and Workday Integrations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in Workday configuration, business process management, and Studio-based integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Workday modules including Payroll, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.
• Design, develop, and maintain Workday Studio Integrations.
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide Workday solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration and configuration issues.
• Support Workday releases, testing, and deployment activities.
• Ensure system compliance, security, and data integrity across Workday modules.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Workday implementation/support experience.
• Strong experience in PATT (Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking).
• Hands-on expertise in Workday Studio Integration development.
• Experience working with Workday HCM and Payroll modules.
• Good understanding of Workday business processes and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Workday Certification is mandatory.
