Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Workday Consultant / HCM Integration Specialist with strong experience in HR systems, integrations, and production support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to HCM processes, integration development, and HR data management with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and support end-to-end HCM processes (Hire to Retire)
• Work on Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Absence modules
• Support and maintain HR integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems
• Develop and manage file-based and API-based integrations
• Build integrations from scratch based on business requirements
• Perform data analysis and validation using SQL
• Provide production support and AMS activities
• Analyze issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide timely resolutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and customers to understand requirements and propose solutions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Learn and adapt to new HCM tools and technologies

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of HCM lifecycle and HR processes
• Experience with Workday or any HCM/ERP platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, PeopleSoft, etc.
• Hands-on experience in integration development
• Knowledge of SQL for reporting, validation, and analysis
• Basic working knowledge of Java/Python and Shell scripting
• Exposure to HR data management and third-party vendor integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage production support activities
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Awareness of Talent Management modules
• Experience in AMS/Support projects
• Exposure to API integrations and middleware tools

Eligibility Criteria

• Overall IT experience: 5+ Years
• Relevant experience in Workday/HCM domain: 2 – 4 Years
• Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred
