Position Overview:

Client is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to join its team in Jaipur or Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations within a global enterprise environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for building enterprise-grade integrations, maintaining payroll interfaces, configuring Workday business processes, managing security, supporting production environments, and ensuring seamless integration between Workday and third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Integration Development

• Design, develop, test, and maintain end-to-end Workday integrations.
• Build complex integrations using:
• Workday Studio
• Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
• Core Connectors (CC)
• Document Transformation (DT)
• Cloud Connect Third-Party Payroll
• Develop inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external applications.

Payroll & Middleware Integration

• Develop and support payroll integrations using:
• PECI
• PICOF
• Integrate with third-party payroll vendors such as:
• ADP Celergo
• Ramco
• PeopleSoft
• Create custom ETV/XTT transformations.
• Develop XML, XSLT, XPath, and REST API-based integrations.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop and maintain:
• Simple Reports
• Advanced Reports
• Matrix Reports
• Composite Reports
• Create advanced Calculated Fields including:
• Extract Single Instance
• Extract Multi Instance
• Lookup Related Value
• Evaluate Expressions
• Design compensation statements using BIRT Layouts within Workday Studio.
• Build operational dashboards and custom reporting solutions.

• Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules, including:
• Core HCM
• Payroll
• Recruiting

• Configure Business Processes (BPs):

Security Administration

• Configure and manage Workday security including:
• User-Based Security Groups
• Role-Based Security Groups
• Intersection Security Groups
• Domain Security Policies
• Assignable Roles
• Integration System Users (ISU)
• Integration System Security Groups (ISSG)

Production Support

• Resolve production issues and troubleshoot integration failures.
• Support ServiceNow incidents and change requests.
• Perform tenant-to-tenant migrations.
• Conduct impact analysis during Workday bi-annual releases.
• Maintain technical documentation and deployment records.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 7+ years of total IT experience.
• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Integration Developer.
• Experience working in enterprise HR and third-party payroll environments.
• Previous exposure to legacy ERP systems such as PeopleSoft is preferred.
