About the Role

We're looking for a Workday Payroll System Administrator to join our HRIS team. This role focuses on Workday Payroll system administration, configuration, and optimization rather than payroll processing. You'll play a key role in maintaining Workday Payroll and related modules, supporting integrations, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules.
• Support Workday releases, system enhancements, testing, and tenant management.
• Manage payroll-related security roles, integrations, and EIB data uploads.
• Perform data validation, reporting, and compliance checks.
• Build payroll reports and dashboards to support HR and Finance.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide Workday Payroll expertise.
• Maintain system documentation and support end-user training.

What We're Looking For

• 4–8 years of Workday Payroll configuration experience

OR

• 1–3 years of Workday administration experience with 3–5 years of SAP Payroll configuration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM (Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking).
• Knowledge of EIB, Calculated Fields, and Workday integrations.
• Workday Payroll Certification or Workday Pro certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
