Workplace Giving Officer

WWF-India is one of the country's leading conservation organizations, dedicated to protecting biodiversity and the environment. We are seeking a proactive Workplace Giving Officer to drive corporate outreach and lead generation for strategic partnerships. In this role, you will connect with corporate stakeholders, manage payroll giving initiatives, and coordinate employee engagement and donor acquisition campaigns like Leaders for Change (LFC).

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate potential corporate leads for Workplace Giving partnerships through LinkedIn, social media, networking platforms, and databases.
• Conduct initial research on companies to understand their CSR priorities, employee engagement activities, and alignment with WWF-India’s mission.
• Maintain a structured pipeline of prospective companies and track progress from outreach to closure.
• Support the Assistant Manager in securing corporate meetings and presentations.
• Support the implementation and management of Workplace Giving programs including payroll giving, corporate matching, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and activities.
• Maintain regular communication and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing corporate partners.
• Support the identification and conversion of Leaders for Change (LFC) opportunities within corporate partnerships.
• Coordinate with Face-to-Face teams and regional stakeholders for employee engagement activities, volunteering opportunities, and donor acquisition drives.
• Support Workplace Giving visibility initiatives and track leads generated through LinkedIn and digital channels.
