About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Yardi Implementation & System Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Yardi Investment Accounting, Investment Manager, and Debt Accounting modules for a private equity/private credit platform. Post implementation, you will serve as the Yardi System Administrator, driving system governance, optimization, and ongoing support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Yardi Investment Accounting, Investment Manager, and Debt Accounting modules.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Yardi system configurations.
• Configure entity mappings, fund structures, waterfalls, workflows, rollup & cascade rules.
• Lead data migration, reconciliation, validation, UAT, and system integration testing.
• Develop custom reports, documentation, and user training.
• Serve as the primary Yardi System Administrator after go-live.
• Manage system configurations, workflows, user access, integrations, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Must-Have Requirements

• 7–12 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Yardi Investment Accounting.
• Experience implementing Yardi for Private Equity and/or Private Credit firms.
• Strong expertise in Yardi Investment Accounting, Investment Manager, and preferably Debt Accounting modules.
• Experience with custom reporting, rollup & cascade rules, workflow configuration, and system integrations.
• End-to-end ERP implementation experience (Requirements → Configuration → Testing → Go-Live).
• Strong understanding of private equity/private credit accounting workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Experience with Anaplan implementation/integration is an added advantage.
• Prior experience as a Yardi Implementation Lead, Transition Manager, System Administrator, or Systems Analyst.
