Zoho Platform & AI Solutions Architect

Job Description

We are looking for a Zoho Platform & AI Solutions Architect to drive the design, development, and commercialisation of AI-enabled solutions, Zoho Marketplace extensions, and repeatable industry accelerators. This role is focused on building reusable intellectual property (IP) on the Zoho platform rather than one-off client customisations.

ThoughtLogik is a leading premium Zoho partner in the UK, specialising in delivering strategic, high-impact solutions for mid-sized and large organisations across the UK and Europe. As part of our Zoho Centre of Excellence (CoE), this role will play a key part in evolving ThoughtLogik from a services-led organisation into a product- and IP-driven Zoho partner.

You will work closely with Solution Architects, Consultants, and Developers to identify repeatable patterns from client engagements and convert them into scalable products and industry solutions.

Requirements

AI Solutions & Innovation

• Design and build practical AI-enabled solutions on the Zoho platform using Zoho Catalyst, Zoho Creator, Zia and third-party LLMs where appropriate
• Develop RAG-based assistants, AI bots, AI Agents, Agentic workflow automations for use cases such as sales, operations, support, finance, HR and internal productivity
• Evaluate AI feasibility, limitations, data security considerations, and commercial viability before implementation
• Create production-ready AI solutions rather than experimental POCs
  
  

Product Development & Zoho Extensions

• Design and develop Zoho Marketplace extensions, Creator-based products, and reusable artefacts
• Own product lifecycle including ideation, MVP definition, roadmap, versioning, and enhancement strategy
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Zoho best practices
• Work with delivery teams to convert recurring client requirements into reusable assets
  
  

Industry Solutions & Accelerators

• Identify common patterns across client projects and package them into industry-specific accelerators
• Build structured solution templates for key verticals (e.g. distribution, manufacturing, services, hospitality, finance)
• Reduce delivery effort by standardising and productising repeatable logic
  
  

Technical & Platform Ownership

• Build advanced solutions using Zoho Catalyst, Zoho Creator, Zia agents and Vertical CRM
• Ensure clean architecture, logging, error handling, and performance optimisation
• Maintain documentation, release notes, and technical artefacts for all products
  
  

Pre-Sales, RFPs & Solution Shaping

• Support pre-sales activities including responding to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires
• Translate complex business requirements into clear solution architectures, technical approaches, and scope assumptions
• Design and deliver proof of concepts (POCs) and working prototypes to validate solution feasibility
• Collaborate with Sales and Consulting teams during discovery and proposal stages
• Provide technical confidence to clients by articulating why and how a proposed solution will work on Zoho
• Contribute to effort estimation, solution risks, and delivery assumptions during pre-sales
  
  

Solution Design & Delivery Enablement

• Define solution architecture and technical design for complex implementations
• Guide implementation teams on solution design, technical approach, and best practices
• Review and validate solution designs produced by consultants and developers
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical or architectural challenges
• Ensure alignment between what is sold in pre-sales and what is delivered in implementati
  
  

Zoho CoE Contribution

• Contribute to Zoho CoE standards, reusable libraries, and internal best practices
• Collaborate with architects and delivery leads to influence solution direction
• Mentor consultants and developers on product-first and AI-first thinking
• Act as a bridge between delivery execution and long-term platform strategy
  
  

Must Have

• 4–7 years of hands-on Zoho experience (Catalyst, Creator, CRM, Deluge, Zoho Developer platform mandatory) and full stack development/solutioning experience
• Proven experience building reusable solutions or products on Zoho
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and extensions
• Practical experience working with AI / RAG / LLM-based solutions (Zoho or external)
• Ability to think beyond one-off customisations and design scalable IP
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience building Zoho Marketplace extensions
• Exposure to vector databases, prompt design, and AI orchestration patterns
• Prior experience working with UK or European clients
• Zoho certifications (Creator, CRM, etc.) other industry certifications
