About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations in the assigned region. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Seeds Industry and a proven track record in driving sales growth.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies
• Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets
• Build strong relationships with distributors and dealers
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Ensure timely collection and outstanding management
• Expand market reach and strengthen brand presence
• Mandatory experience in Seeds Industry
• 5–8 years of relevant sales experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
• Willingness to travel within the zone
