Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced App Sales Executive to lead the acquisition of paying users for the 123Greetings Pro App. The role is responsible for driving scalable user acquisition through performance marketing, strategic partnerships, and affiliate channels, with a strong focus on building sustainable subscription growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new paying users for the Pro App
  • Manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google App Campaigns, Meta and programmatic platforms
  • Drive acquisition efficiency by optimizing key metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and LTV
  • Build and manage relationships with affiliate networks, publishers, and performance partners
  • Identify and develop new acquisition channels and market opportunities across priority geographies
  • Collaborate with product and analytics teams to improve funnel performance and conversion journeys
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights for scaling and optimization
Attribution & Tracking Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tenjin, RevenueCat, and similar tools
  • Understanding of basic event tracking and campaign measurement setup
  • Familiarity with deep links, referral tracking, and campaign tagging structures
  • Ability to interpret performance data from attribution dashboards for optimization decisions
  • Awareness of traffic quality and basic fraud prevention indicators in performance campaigns
Required Skills & Experience
  • 2–4 years of experience in mobile app growth, performance marketing, or user acquisition
  • Strong experience in subscription-based or consumer mobile applications
  • Hands-on expertise in Google UAC, Meta Ads, Ads, or similar platforms
  • Experience managing affiliate and performance-based partnerships
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to optimize based on CAC, LTV, and ROAS
  • Ability to interpret campaign data and drive actionable growth insights
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience scaling subscription apps in international markets
  • Strong negotiation and partner management skills
  • Exposure to hybrid monetization models (subscription + ads ecosystems)
