Architect-Commercial Interiors

Responsibilities

• Develop interior design concepts for commercial spaces (offices, retail, etc.)
• Prepare space planning, layouts, and design presentations
• Create detailed working drawings and execution drawings
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and design expectations
• Work closely with project managers, contractors, and vendors
• Select materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting solutions
• Ensure design feasibility within budget and timelines
• Conduct site visits and monitor execution quality
• Resolve design-related issues during project execution

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of commercial interior design principles

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp

Good understanding of materials, finishes, and detailing

Strong presentation skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Good communication and coordination skills
