Eligibility:
Qualification: Graduate / Hotel Management preferred
Experience: 4–8 years in QSR / café / retail operations with multi-store handling experience

- Manage end-to-end operations across multiple QSR outlets
- Drive sales performance, customer experience & operational excellence
- Handle store audits, SOP compliance, and team productivity
- Monitor P&L, inventory, wastage & cost control measures
- Lead and develop store teams, shift managers & outlet staff
- Ensure smooth coordination across operations, supply chain & training teams
