KRM AYURVEDA is hiring an experienced and energetic Assistant HR Manager (HRBP) for immediate joining. We are looking for an HR professional with strong recruitment and people management skills who can handle end-to-end hiring and HR operations across departments.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Handle bulk and strategic hiring across multiple departments
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and closures
• Conduct screening, interviews, onboarding, and joining formalities
• Support HR operations, attendance, employee engagement, and documentation
• Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and employee records
• Ensure smooth communication between management and employees

• Minimum 5 years of HR/recruitment experience
• Strong experience in hiring across different functions
• Good communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in onboarding and HR operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in Ayurveda, healthcare, or hospital industry preferred
• Basic knowledge of payroll, HR policies, and compliance
