Role Summary


We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead our human resources department. In this role, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who is equally comfortable "rolling up their sleeves" to handle administrative excellence, compliance, and employee grievances.


Key Responsibilities


1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding


  • Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Partner with department heads to define job requirements and interview criteria.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company culture.


2. Performance Management & Development


  • Design and implement performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Coach managers on leadership, feedback delivery, and conflict resolution.


3. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll


  • Administer payroll processing and ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage employee benefits programs.
  • Conduct periodic market salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation structures.


4. Employee Relations & Culture


  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and diverse work environment.
  • Organize team-building activities and engagement initiatives.


5. Compliance & Policy Management


  • Ensure all HR activities comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.
  • Develop, update, and enforce the Employee Handbook and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and secure digital and physical employee records.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • Experience: 3–8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role.
  • Certifications: SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification (Not Mandatory)
