Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

  • Identify, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of M&A advisory mandates (buy-side, sell-side, fundraising).
  • Generate sales-qualified leads through direct outreach, events, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Maintain a live CRM pipeline with stage-accurate deal status, decision-maker mapping, and next steps.
  • Convert qualified leads into signed mandates in coordination with the Operations Manager.

Partnership Development

  • Build and manage a strategic partner network: CA firms, law firms, PE/VC funds, family offices, merchant bankers, and industry associations.
  • Negotiate and formalise referral and co-advisory agreements with partner firms.
  • Represent MS Kapital at industry conferences, investor forums, and sector events across India.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with SEBI-registered intermediaries, bankers, and government-linked entities.

Market Intelligence & Positioning

  • Track sector deal activity, competitor mandates, and market trends to identify new advisory opportunities.
  • Develop tailored pitch narratives and capability presentations for target segments (SME, mid-market, cross-border).
  • Work with the deal team to prepare customised proposals, credentials decks, and engagement letters.

BD Operations & Reporting

  • Own the BD operating rhythm: weekly pipeline reviews, monthly reports, and quarterly BD strategy sessions.
  • Track and report conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue attribution from BD activities.
  • Coordinate with the UAE office on inbound cross-border mandates and outbound India-to-GCC opportunities.
  • Manage the firm's LinkedIn, sector newsletter, and thought-leadership content calendar to build market presence.
