Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Associate. The individual in this role will identify and qualify potential startup partners, manage lead generation campaigns, and support outreach across key sectors aligned with Zulton Ventures’ focus. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, preparing and delivering presentations, maintaining communication with founders and stakeholders, and contributing to go-to-market and partnership strategies. The Business Development Associate will collaborate with internal teams to align business development efforts with venture-building goals, track pipeline progress, and prepare reports and insights for leadership. This role requires a proactive approach, strong relationship management, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup ecosystem.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a business development pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills, with the ability to analyze sectors, competitors, and opportunities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging founders and stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in startups, venture capital, consulting, or technology-driven businesses is an advantage.
- Strong analytical abilities, familiarity with CRM tools, and comfort working in a remote, high-growth environment are preferred.
