Role Description This full-time remote Business Development Associate role focuses on identifying and pursuing growth opportunities for Grow Biz OS. Day-to-day activities include researching target markets, generating and qualifying leads, and conducting outreach to prospective clients via email, calls, and virtual meetings. The role involves preparing and delivering persuasive presentations and demos that clearly communicate the value of the platform. The Business Development Associate will collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging, support the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate records in the CRM. This position also requires tracking performance metrics, gathering feedback from prospects, and contributing to continuous improvement of business development strategies.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering effective Presentations to diverse audiences.
  • Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualification, and nurturing potential clients.
  • Candidates should possess Market Research skills, with the ability to analyze industries, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client-facing and internal interactions.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or business software solutions is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet goals and deadlines.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and productivity platforms; familiarity with AI-driven solutions is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
