Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Greater Kailash, Delhi. The Barista prepares and serves a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as light food items, following established recipes and quality standards. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, taking orders, processing payments, and answering questions about menu items. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness of the work area and seating space, restocking supplies, and ensuring equipment is used safely and correctly. The Barista collaborates with team members to support smooth café operations and delivers a friendly, efficient guest experience throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Barista and Food Preparation skills, including basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and safe handling of ingredients.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage guests, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Candidates should possess solid Interpersonal Skills to work cooperatively with team members and contribute to a positive, respectful workplace.
• Basic numeracy and cash-handling ability, with attention to accuracy in billing and payment processing.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a fast-paced environment, and follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or retail environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Should be able to commute in English.
