Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Position: ELV-BMS (Electronic Life Safety, Low Voltage & Building Management Systems) Project Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Execute ELV and BMS projects end-to-end — from site survey to commissioning and client handover.
• Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, PA/VA, and BMS systems.
• Coordinate seamlessly with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare BOQs, technical submittals, shop drawings, as-built drawings, and project documentation.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables — proactively mitigating risks and delays.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges during installation and commissioning phases.
• Ensure strict adherence to project specs, industry standards (IS, NEC, NFPA), and client expectations.
• Support project planning, resource mobilization, and regular progress reporting.
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Automation, or related Engineering discipline.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in ELV/BMS project execution — including site supervision and commissioning.
• Strong working knowledge of ELV systems and BMS platforms (e.g., Niagara, Tridium, Johnson Controls, Siemens Desigo).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for BOQs and scheduling).
• Proven track record in BOQ preparation, site execution, QA/QC, and client coordination.
• Experience in testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of ELV systems.
• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLANs, etc.) — especially for BMS integration.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills — with a solutions-oriented mindset.
