Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in IT sales, eCommerce solutions, or SaaS software sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in client communication, capable of generating leads independently, and skilled in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → client communication → negotiation → closure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT/eCommerce/SaaS solutions
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 1–3+ years of experience in:
  • IT Services Sales / Software Sales
  • eCommerce Solutions Sales
  • SaaS Product Sales
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding / online portals / lead generation
  • Ability to handle international clients
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving targets
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven mindset
