Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Nagercoil. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and generate qualified leads through research, networking, and outreach. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and presentations, understanding customer requirements, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms to close deals. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, effective account handover, and ongoing relationship management. The Business Development Executive will also track market trends, analyze competitor activity, and report on performance metrics to support strategic growth.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and opportunity qualification.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs, manage relationships, and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for client interaction, presentations, and proposal development.
- Relevant experience in IT services, software solutions, or digital transformation projects is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
