Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Business Development Executive. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building a strong pipeline of clients in the entertainment and media sector. The role includes nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients, preparing and delivering proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities involve market research, tracking industry trends, attending meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records of business activities. The Business Development Executive will also support account management activities to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of Business development processes, including opportunity identification and deal closure
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal collaboration
- Experience with Account Management, relationship building, and client retention
- Prior experience in media, entertainment, marketing, or a related industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis is beneficial
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
