About the Role


We are looking for a Business Development Manager to help us grow our business by finding new clients and building strong relationships.

Your main responsibility will be to connect with business owners, investors, and professionals, understand their needs, and introduce our services. You will also help expand our network by working with Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, business consultants, and other referral partners.



Your Responsibilities


  • Find new clients and business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners, investors, and corporate professionals.
  • Meet potential clients and explain our services.
  • Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and business meetings.
  • Prepare simple business presentations and proposals.
  • Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
  • Work closely with the internal team during the client onboarding process.
  • Keep track of client meetings and business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at business events and networking programs.
  • Help the company grow by bringing in new business.



Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance, or any related field.
  • 0–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Banking, Financial Services, Wealth Management, Insurance, or Corporate Sales.
  • Good communication and people skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience using CRM software is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good spoken and written English. Tamil is an added advantage.
