Chief Operating Officer

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Primary goal will be to increase the organization's productivity, efficiency, and profitability, along with advising the CEO/top management on key operational insights as well as provide coaching to employees.

Responsibilities

• Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
• Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
• Lead and oversee e all manufacturing sites and ensure productivity, TQM, TPM, quality audits, and proces excellence as per organisation goals
• Present operational strategy recommendations to the CEO based on your market research

Qualifications

20+ years exp in manufacturing sector with a progressive career and exposure to all related functions including production planning, quality, lean manufacturing, SCM procurement etc in chemical / process industries

Should be willing to relocate to South India

UG / PG in Chemical Engineering with an MBA in Operations
