As we enter the next phase of growth, we are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Chief Operating Officer (COO) to work directly with the promoters and leadership team in scaling the business, strengthening operational infrastructure, and driving strategic execution.

The Opportunity

This is not a conventional COO role.

We are looking for a leader who can combine strategic thinking with execution excellence, helping transform a well-established financial services organization into a modern, technology-enabled, research-led institution.

The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the firm while overseeing day-to-day business operations across multiple verticals.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership

• Partner with the promoters and senior management to define and execute the company's long-term growth strategy.

• Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and scalable revenue streams.

• Drive operational excellence across all business functions.

Business Operations

• Oversee end-to-end operations across wealth management, capital markets, research, and emerging business verticals.

• Develop scalable processes, systems, and controls to support growth.

• Monitor key business metrics, profitability, productivity, and operational performance.

Team Leadership

• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams.

• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, innovation, and excellence.

• Lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, research, operations, technology, compliance, and management teams.

Compliance & Governance

• Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and operational standards.

• Strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.

Technology & Transformation

• Drive digital transformation initiatives.

• Implement automation, analytics, and technology solutions to improve efficiency and client experience.

Business Development

• Support strategic relationships with clients, partners, institutions, family offices, and key stakeholders.

• Assist in expanding the firm's footprint across existing and new markets.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for professionals who possess:

✔ 10–20+ years of leadership experience in Financial Services, Wealth Management, Capital Markets, Fintech, Brokerage, Asset Management, Investment Advisory, or related sectors.

✔ Proven experience managing large teams and business operations.

✔ Strong understanding of capital markets and financial products.

✔ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale businesses.

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

✔ Experience in building systems, processes, and growth frameworks.

✔ Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking ability.
