The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Building

• Support in building and nurturing a Cinebels community across key cities (starting with Bangalore)
• Identify and engage early adopters, audiophiles, creators, and culture influencers
• Help manage engagement channels (WhatsApp groups, meetups, community interactions)

2. Event Execution

Assist in planning and executing small-format, high-impact events:

• Listening sessions
• Artist collaborations
• Home audio experiences
• Lifestyle-driven events (fitness, cafes, studios)

Handle on-ground coordination: venue setup, guest experience, logistics

3. Partnerships & Collaborations

Help source and coordinate with:

• Cafes, studios, gyms, and premium venues
• Musicians, DJs, and creators

Support in building relationships with like-minded brands

4. Content & Social Support

• Coordinate with creative team for event coverage (photo/video)
• Assist in turning events into engaging social media content
• Encourage and manage community-generated content (UGC)

5. Growth Support

• Assist in scaling events from small gatherings to larger community experiences
• Support expansion into new cities over time

Ideal Candidate Profile

1–3 years experience in:

• Events, marketing, community building, or brand activations

Highly energetic, outgoing, and people-oriented

Strong interest in:

• Music, audio, culture, or lifestyle experiences

Organized and reliable — can execute well on ground

Eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment
