Community & Local Marketing Executive

Role Description

We're looking for someone proactive, creative, and execution-focused to lead our community and local marketing initiatives in Noida.

What the role involves: 

→ RWA and society outreach;

→ Offline visibility — flyers, lift ads, kiosks, and more;

→ Local partnerships and brand collaborations;

→ Event ideation and on-ground activations;

→ Features on local blogs and community platforms.

This is a high-ownership, on-ground role for someone who genuinely understands the local ecosystem and knows how to get things moving.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Market Research and Market Planning
• Strong Communication and collaboration skills
• Exposure to Sales and Marketing principles, with the ability to generate results
• Passion for fashion and an understanding of the retail/garment industry is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment.
